Generate AI content for a new documentation page

Use AI to generate content fields for a new page that doesn't exist yet. Generates all fields: title, seoTitle, seoDescription, summary, and content. Returns a job key for polling the generation status.

This endpoint does not create the page - use POST /docs/pages to create the page with the generated content.
